The "core charge" is not going to be refunded. I ordered a used engine and paid in full including the "so -called" core charge. After a month of calling and checking to see when the the engine would be shipped, they replied another week. So finally it shipped and another week later it finally showed. After the engine was installed, we started trying to get a return address for the core to be sent to. After another month of calls to them, they stopped taking my calls and apparently the "core charge " is part of the price of the engine. I would like to sue them on principal if nothing else, they suck!! Don't buy anything from them, they are crooked!

Engine & Transmission world is a SCAM thefts, grifters, Engine & Transmission world is a "COMPLETE SCAM" I paid $3500 for a engine. It took a month to get. After many calls i finally recieved. The shop that was fixing my car, did a pre check before installing engine. It turn out the engine had no compression, valve cover was glued, and many other issues. the engine was defective. I contacted E&T world and gave me round around for 2 months. Never refunded or replaced engine. I was ripped off and nothing can be done. I search for their facility, haven't located address. Warning to all this is a scam.

Complete scam company Complete scam company, scam 3rd party buyer and scam transport company. We ordered an engine that the transport company "lost" for 2 weeks. E&TW still took our money the day we ordered the engine. No one could give an answer, no tracking, customer service is non existent. When I finally requested to speak to a supervisor, the rep told didn't have one. Didn't have a boss either. Once the engine was found, the transport company had it sitting in Salt Lake City for 5 days, with no explanation of why. Once we received the engine, it was an absolute piece of junk. Unusable. We filed a credit card fraud claim which resulted in the owner of the transport company screaming at me, how dare I file a claim. Took 2 weeks to finally have the piece of junk removed from our property. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. I purchased an engine for $9K. We couldn't get engine to work. They stalled for several months trying to find a replacement but nothing was available so they said they would refund my money. After a month of waiting and calling for the refund. They told me they wouldn't take my calls anymore. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
