Very disappointed I ordered two bikes, heard nothing for several days and then finally two days after contacting customer service I found out both bikes were out of stock and was told I would be refunded. Now, a week later, the money still isn't back in my account and I have no bikes. If they were out of stock I should not have been able to make the purchase to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the entire experience so far.

They collected my money at the point of… They collected my money at the point of purchase. With no updates on the bike's status I hunted down and contacted support to see where it was in the process. I was then told that my bike was overstocked and they would refund my money. This cost me the opportunity to get the same bike from a different vendor and kept my wallet lighter with nothing in return for it for over a week. I do understand that these are tough times, but I should have been contacted and refunded long before I made my exploratory phone call.

Knew nothing about them, couldn’t have been happier The site layout made finding the bike I wanted extremely easy and shipping was quick even by pandemic standards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, not sure why this site hasn’t taken off yet

Happy customer I ordered on a Thursday evening, order shipped on the following Wednesday (they say 1-3 business days to ship) and received order on the following Tuesday via UPS ground. I’m in NJ. They emailed me that it was out for delivery and again when it was delivered. Items (handlebar bag and feedbag) were well packed and I’m very happy with them.
