GBFirst and last purchase from Topos Outdoors I bought a bike revived my order confirmation and waited about a week to receive the shipping info as well. Since I never received the shipping info I emailed support to find out when I can expect my bike to arrive. It was then that let me know that bike was actually out of stock and they will not be getting anymore. I’m frustrated that I had to reach out to them to learn this information and by the time I found out the bike was also no longer available on all the other sites that I could’ve purchased from. I expressed my disappointment and received no reply.

GBThe customer service was terrible The customer service was terrible. My account was never updated. I called and emailed service times to check the status of my order but never received any response. Yes I know we are dealing with COVID19 however if you are still open and selling merchandise, you should communicate with customers.

GBWas super excited to get my bike Was super excited to get my bike. I understand the delayed shipping due to covid but the customer service was non existent. Emailed 4-5 times and finally over a week later I got shipping confirmation. Bike came in expected shape and was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I reviewed so low was because customer service should be a top priority when running a business.

GBVery disappointed I ordered two bikes, heard nothing for several days and then finally two days after contacting customer service I found out both bikes were out of stock and was told I would be refunded. Now, a week later, the money still isn't back in my account and I have no bikes. If they were out of stock I should not have been able to make the purchase to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the entire experience so far.
