GBBuying experience was relatively good Buying experience was very good. Good communication and vehicle as described although it needed a thorough detailing. Post purchased customer service hasn’t been great. Repeated voicemails and emails go to unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get someone live on the phone when calling, they do seem relatively competent enough.

GBThe whole process from finding a… The whole process from finding a vehicle to getting an approval and discussing my options with my salesperson Tom (who was great!) took around 10 minutes!! Purchased on a wednesday night, signed papers on Thursday and had my truck delivered on Friday! The whole process was simple and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend gettacar!!

GBSmooth experience from the first phone… Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.
