Not so friendly The test drive route offered by the dealership wasn't very diverse. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to test the car on different road types

Smooth experience from the first phone… Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.

My worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Better than all the rest! I would recommend Gettacar to anyone that is busy, doesn't have a car to get to a dealership, or just doesn't want to spend hours going from one place to another. I applied on a Friday and was done by end of business on Monday. I didn't have a car so this was incredibly convenient. Once the car arrived and was checked over by my son, it was in the condition promised. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I'm definitely spreading the word around this is the best online car buying.

Definitely not the same as the others... You would think all car buying online experiences would be the same, WRONG! This was the fastest, easiest, simplest way to buy! The communication was TOP NOTCH, the delivery with all the check points TOP NOTCH, the people , just ALL of them GREAT! I can't say enough good things about this company, I didn't run into ONE PERSON that called me or vise versa with anything but the customer in mind. They are kind, informed and helpful in every way. I tried browsing on the other big name site for the same car and just got better down payment options, financing, everything with Gettacar! HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely be a returning customer!!
