Good experience I highly recommend this company! We worked with Bill Coughlin to get my car shipped. The last two companies I tried to use were not effective at all, and I ended up driving my own car across the country, but Broadway Auto Transport found a great driver and was able to safely ship my car. Up to the very last minute, we were updated on my car. This is a trustworthy company with great people. They are responsive, proactive, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I recommend Bill Coughlin if youre looking to ship your vehicle. He is quick, and responsive. I'm usually hesitant to ship my vehicle, but nothing was sketchy or suspect about the process with this company and I highly recommend them and working with Bill

Bad Experience Bad Experience Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We signed the contract with an agreed upon price, sent the $200 deposit, and then Henry told us we would need to pay a driver twice the amount on the contract. After telling him no, he and his manager bombarded us with calls and texts, even to go so far as to say he would lose his job if we did not go through with the car transport. On top of all of this, he asked me to have my father call him because "men understand these things better than women"... disgusting.
