Smooth Operator I would like to give a shout out to Josh Brockenberry and Jessica Pilot, who assisted when Josh was not available. Josh worked with us every step of the way; this helped the transportation move smoothly. The delivery was made on time, even sooner than expected so another shout out to the truck driver for making the delivery on time in the challenging weather conditions. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! :) :)

LATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

PICK UP I had HNRY Logistics pick up a very expensive piece of equipment in the US and deliver to us in Canada. This was an oversized load, and the truck had to follow specific instructions from our vendor which HNRY did. From pick up to delivery at our site everything was great. JD was a big help and did exactly what he said he would do. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you

Customer service handled the process of… Great experience. Customer service handled the process of arranging the shipment very well. Tom did a great job working with me to line up the details for the pickup and delivery. Delivery arrived very promptly, and the driver they sourced was squared away and very helpful as well. Great Job.

Communication was a little sketchy at… Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage. I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with.
