Easy to work with Easy to work with. Jim is a great guy. Process took about 2 weeks. We had some hiccups with my bank placing a hold on the check. My only recommendation is to offer clients a wire transfer option, certified check, or an online funding option which Jim did mention they were working on. My bank placing the hold was not AllCars fault, but did delay the process a bit unnecessarily.

Car sales made easy I had a very good experience recently working with Vinny from Marina Auto Group in Webster. I was selling my car online. Vinny contacted me and was very professional. He worked with me on the pricing and even arranged to come to my home to see the car. Between work and a recent surgery driving to Webster would have been difficult for me. Vinny was very efficient and the whole transaction was completed within a short time. I would definitely recommend Vinny and the Marina Auto Group dealership based on this experience. Have to give him five stars.

Replacing parts without consent Booked my car in for an MOT. Staff are nice and friendly but I’m concerned about removing and replacing parts without my consent, the wiper blades were changed and I was charged double for the identical blades available on line. I won’t be using this garage again

On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of… On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of $69,475 for my car. On Dec 5 the appraiser inspected the car and no issues. On Dec 6 the Allcars rep called me and confirmed that the vehicle was in great condition. However “the market had changed” for my vehicle and they could only offer $63,000. Really? The market on the car dropped $6,475 in 11 days? I could believe some drop but almost a 10% drop, hard to believe. They shouldn’t make offers they can’t keep on cars that pass appraiser inspection. They took up my time and other opportunities and didn’t live up to their end. Untrustworthy.

Ask For Vinny! Whether buying or selling a car: I highly recommend this dealership, but what stood out for me is sales member Vinny Asito . . . he is great to work with! From first contact to close-of-deal, he was attentive, informative, proactive and polite. I forgot a document needed for the sale, he drove out to my home and picked it up so I would not have to go all the way back. Now THAT is service!
