GBCopart really lowballed their offer. Copart really lowballed their offer. Their valuation process took 10 times as long as the other guy's. They were a day late with their pickup. They have no way to reach an actual human being for customer service.

GBhorrible company I bought a prius at auction, was listed as started and runs, probably my fault for not verifying that, but I figured if it starts and runs, I can fix anything else. I paid for it and went to pick it up, but it wouldn't start, so I had it towed, and once it was up on the lift, I could see a piston thru a hole in the block, one of several holes, the engine was absolutely blown apart. I called and tried to work something out, maybe some of my money back, but they refused to do anything, said it ran when they got it in, I told him no possible way it ran with broken rods and holes in the block. they would do nothing, so I am stuck with it. I canceled my membership and would encourage everyone else to do the same. they are not customer friendly at all. they then renewed my membership saying I was signed up for auto renewal, even though I never signed on for that. they refused to give my membership dues back, so I called my credit card co., and stopped payment. horrible company. will never do business with them again. I gave them one star, because zero was not an option on this platform.

GBBEWARE! Coparts assume cars belong to them before asking the owner! When Coparts came to collect my husband's car after an accident, he left a brand new front panel inside, which he had bought to repair the car from a previous accident. He showed it to the person collecting the car, and he acknowledged its presence on the back seat. My husband had intended to see whether he could pay for the part to be fitted while the other bodywork was being carried out. Unfortunately, his car was 'written off' (seriously - the damage was no more than a deep scratch!) My husband insisted he wanted his car back and purchased it as 'salvage.' When it was returned, the brand new panel which was on the back seat, had gone. Also, the button in one of the headrests had been dug out. And Coparts mysteriously has no clue where they are! This is criminal - it's out and out theft.
