GBBait and switch scammers Bait and switch scammers! They offer you one price, but as soon as you complete your inspection they drop it by 10%. Mind you, my car was literally brand new with only 3k miles. Do not trust this company! A bunch of time wasters really.

GBScam, Bait and Switch Scam! Bait and Switch...CarBuyerUSA made me an offer for my newer Truck (only has 233 miles). They sent out an inspector, who stated the vehicle was flawless, basically a new vehicle. Then I received a call from the buying manager/funding team and they offered me $5,800 less that the original offer. When I questioned why and asked about the inspection I was told the inspection was all positive but that based on market condition he would not change the now lower offer. This all transpired over a 24 hour period, the original higher offer was only used to start the discussion and agree to let someone come inspect the vehicle, then they commenced to try to beat me down on a lower price.

GBTheir site sucks Their site sucks. You put in the info, it says to wait 20 seconds, 5 minutes later, still nothing. It doesn't say it's working on it, you hit contact and it causes all your info you filled in to drop off

GBJust Sell Private Hello all, I wanted to express my disappointment with the experience overall at Car Buyer USA. The inspector was wrong to label the body of the car “moderately damaged”. The dings and chips were over exaggerated and would have cost around $100 to fix them. I have the paint to match, for those things, which is EXACTLY what these guys will use. They said I had stains on the seat. Had the inspector taken the time to apply a damp towel, it would have come out. These “stains’ are from when I drove to and from Arizona. Dust and sweat is all it was. That would have cost me $125 for a deep interior clean, or a bottle of Dawn soap and water. It was my fault to not have cleaned it first but your inspector said it is preferred to leave it how it is. This is to not appear like you’re trying to hide something. The skid plate was damaged and I did not know about. My daughter (primary driver) confessed to driving it when it came off and not telling me. One of her friends used zip ties to put it back on. That would have cost me about $300-$500 to fix. These guys dinged me $1170 from the original quote. I was open about the driver and passenger doors being nicked. I had many people look at this car and all of them pointed out the seats and a few nicks but they knew, those issues were nothing to worry about. Now, if I had sold it to one of them and they noticed the skid plate issue. I would have gladly paid for it. I still would have made more than what they gave me. Its a 2018 used car. Most of the exterior damage, which was very little, is from wear and tear. In there initial online evaluation you say normal “wear and tear” does not need to be listed. Why are they dinging me for it then? I sent pictures of every angle, did not leave out what I considered damaged. Still screwed me. I only sold to them because I did not want to sell as is, so I would have had to replace the skid plate and I was not up for it. I had no problem with knocking off $600-700, because I honestly did not know about the skid plate. I had to plead with them to get from $16,500 to $16,600. There was no reason to take as much off, as they did. Then, to make things even worse. I did not get a call from anyone until 6pm 4 days later. At that point, they said they would be arriving between 8-9pm. Why so late? Anyways, I was okay because I just wanted the process over. Around 6pm, I get a text saying they would be delayed until 9-10pm. He got here close to 10pm, if not at 10pm. I asked to delay until the next day because who the hell wants to deal with all this at 10pm. He said “I have to be in GA tomorrow, please let me come tonite.” What in the hell am I supposed to say? No? There I was standing in the rain at 10pm, waiting for him to take all of his pictures. He was done around 11pm. I left to go back in my house about 20 min before he left. He was very polite and apologetic, I will say that. Also, I got paid a day before they picked up the car, which was nice.

GBLike others experience this is a total… Like others experience this is a total bait and switch. Dropped offer over 4K after great inspection. Said things like they will need to replace the tires (less than 20K on them, Car has minor scratches, etc.. Yeah there are a few small blemishes as most cars with 57K would have, but interior is perfect. Unless you are trading in a Tesla or another high demand vehicle, I wouldn't waste your time. The experience felt just like being at an old school dealer. Defeats the whole purpose of the "Online Experience"
