Delivery was expected between 4:00-8:00 pm, received a text that driver was running later than the expected time frame. Was kept updated of progress Of driver. He called when 10 minutes away. GBBeware! I bought a diningroom table through The Classy Home. This is the delivery service they used. They have changed the days 4 different times. I am still waiting as they were suppose to come yet again, and a total no show. Yet another email wanting to deliver tomorrow. No one answers the call service, when you do get through you will get a message machine. DO NOT do "white glove" unless its a big piece- $150- Disgusted and still no table!

GBAM home delivery Today - 3/8/24, Mario & another young gentleman delivered my washing machine & installed it, took off my utility room door, & hauled out the old one. They were PERFECT young gentlemen, fast at what they do, & highly exceptional. I so appreciate them for their professionalism. Thank you AM...these gentlemen are from the AM in Columbus, Ohio. They kept me informed about the entire process.

GBRidiculously overpriced Ridiculously overpriced, scammers, and liars. If you want to get screwed over, lied to, stuff destroyed, and giving the runaround for months. This is your company. Show up whenever they want, drive away without ringing your doorbell, and destroy your items. When you call about it, they will mark your delivery a manager problem who apparently doesnt actually work. Do not walk away from AM, RUN!

GBI purchased $20,000 worth of appliances… I purchased $20,000 worth of appliances from a company three months ago. The appliances have been sitting in Am’s warehouse in Utah for a few months and are now supposed to be delivered. The appliance company apparently went out of business and AM is now refusing to delivery the appliances even though I already paid in full for them and they are my property. My biggest complaint is that I have tried more than 6 times to get the employee that answers the phone and emails me to put me in touch with a manager so I I can try to make some progress on getting my appliances. I have even offered to go to their center and pick the appliances up so they do not need to incur any more expense. The employee refuses to put me in touch with a manager. Hopefully management will read this and reach out so we can get this done the easy way rather than through a lawsuit. I have two AM order numbers - #41992836 and #41990817. Please feel free to call me at #4158672401 UPDATE - 4-5-24: I have been in contact with Robert from AM. He originally sounded like someone that was going to facilitate a quick resolution of the situation, especially after I volunteered to pay to have “my appliances” picked up from their SLC, Utah facility. After a few weeks, I think I was just getting the runaround and am no closer to getting my appliances. I am now advised that AM’s legal counsel has advised Robert not to release my appliances to me. I have asked to be put in touch with that legal counsel but apparently my request needs to be approved by someone before the information can be shared. Things seem to be going downhill and I reaffirm my thoughts about this company and its reliability. Will update further as soon as something new happens.
