GBInstalled dishwasher improperly; no service after Appliance Connection hired this company to deliver and install a dishwasher at my home. Charged $170 to install. Within an hour of installation, my kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle. Called Appliance Connection; they said to call AM Trucking. Called; no response. Filed a claim on line. Got an auto response that I must send a notarized claim by registered mail within seven days. Still no water. Back and forth with Appliance Connection and AM Trucking. Another auto response saying my claim must have been made within 3 days instead of 7. I finally hired a plumber to fix it. Terrible company.

GB"Totally Awesome Experience" My experience was so Awesome......I don't know where to start!! First of all...their timing was Perfect!!! The communication was Outstanding!! Josh & Kenny were so Amazing!!! They were so friendly & Very knowledgeable!! They worked together Beautifully!! They handled my order with tender loving care & I really appreciated that!!!! They went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything! They made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would Highly recommend this team & AM Trucking!!! GBBeware! I bought a diningroom table through The Classy Home. This is the delivery service they used. They have changed the days 4 different times. I am still waiting as they were suppose to come yet again, and a total no show. Yet another email wanting to deliver tomorrow. No one answers the call service, when you do get through you will get a message machine. DO NOT do "white glove" unless its a big piece- $150- Disgusted and still no table!

GBDamaged our floors when they cut the… Damaged our floors when they cut the waterline of our refrigerator with a box cutter upon opening the box. A slow leak over a few days ruined our wood floors. Moshe, their claims director who really just avoids claims and saves them money on their insurance denied any responsibility which I’m sure he does on every claim that comes to him. Hopefully they take responsibility because I will continue to pursue this.

GBThey are the worst company to deal with They are the worst company to deal with from rudness to unprofessionalism. They never know anything about your expensive items to be delivered. It will take forever to get a delivery with this company. My 1st experience and this will be my last, dealing with this Company. RUNNNNN do not use them, they need to go out of business. The Owner doesn't seem to care so niether do I.
