Left the fridge in my garage then never came back Left the fridge in my garage. Never came back to install after multiple calls and emails. You need to contact the vendor that used this disreputable delivery service and threaten them with a credit card chargeback to get on this company to come back and actually do the job they’re paid to do . Because they won’t respond to the recipient. Enough people need to complain to vendors who use them so they are blacklisted and go out of business

I had a great experience with this… I had a great experience with this company. Our sectional sofa was delivered exactly when promised and in perfect condition. Jamie and Raul were as friendly and helpful as could be. Truly went out of their way during my delivery. Appreciate you guys! Thank you!!!

Delivery was not made in the week it…was the next week for no reason. Delivery was not made in the week it was scheduled. They left us waiting and never came. Leaving a 80 year old lady without a refrigerator. No calls nothing I started calling asking to talk to a manager, multiple calls on multiple different days. Nothing all ways In a meeting never a return call.. was scheduled for the next Wednesday, then reschedule for Thursday for no reason.. very unprofessional.. sad to know a company can operate this poorly and stay in business..

AM home delivery Today - 3/8/24, Mario & another young gentleman delivered my washing machine & installed it, took off my utility room door, & hauled out the old one. They were PERFECT young gentlemen, fast at what they do, & highly exceptional. I so appreciate them for their professionalism. Thank you AM...these gentlemen are from the AM in Columbus, Ohio. They kept me informed about the entire process.

These people are criminals! I ordered a mattress and after it was weeks overdue these gangsters first said it was out for delivery, then they called and said when they were 10 minutes away that they had an emergency and couldn't deliver it, and finally told us several days later after numerous phone calls that it had been damaged ?? What actually happened was they stole it !! If I knew how to prosecute them I would!! DO NOT trust them!!!!!
