GBI placed my order a month ago I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

GBNo Bluetooth connectivity No Bluetooth connectivity. They didn’t help even not replying to solve the issue. All health apps giving fake results

GBMy watch is piece of junk My watch was purchased in February. Immediately, I knew there was a problem as I attempted twice to get some answers via email without any results. Customer Service is not a part of their thinking. Now, the watch will not take a charge. I strongly recommend that you pass by this piece of crap and buy an Apple. watch as I did. You will be much happier. For those of you working for. ZE Tech, you didn’t have the guts to contact me originally and I doubt if you will do so now.

CAJust a follow up on last review sent… Just a follow up on last review sent watch back, they received it Feb 17 Gabriel had sent me a email few days before saying when they receive watch they will issue credit less the $20 nothing so far, and they sent me another watch which I emailed them to inform them I didn't want another watch but they sent it to me Looks like I am going to call charge card company PLEASE KEEP AWAY or go to Amazon

GBIt was too good to be true.. I purchased the ZE smart watch with expedited shipping on June 25th, 2020, thinking I would receive it relatively fast. I reached out to their email two business days later after realizing my order number no longer existed and no tracking number had been posted. Customer service told they shipped the product and was just waiting for the courier to respond with a tracking number. Eight business days later, I am still waiting for a tracking number and am unsure if I will even receive a watch. I am very disappointed in this company and myself for being so naive. I honestly hope no one else puts their trust in these theives, because they will only end up empty handed with a hole in their pocket.
