Avoid buying from ZE Technology! The military grade smart watch v2 looks cheap. Then I didn’t receive the women’s mesh watch ordered. I contacted the company multiple times via email and left voice messages as no customer service agents were available. I wanted to return all items and receive a refund for the missing watch. I made the request within 7 days as stipulated on ZE Technology’s website. No one contacted me via phone or email. Then several days later, I get the missing watch in the mail. This shows that my email requesting a refund and return was read; however, I was never told how or where to return the items. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. Customer service is terrible!

Not worth the price... First of all, I think it came from Singapore because I had my wife order it and she began to think we got robbed. Nice packaging, not bad looking but these instructions that came with it have misspelling, not clear on most issues. I still don't know if I can answer a phone call with it. On a bright day, I can't see the screen, barely. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn't have purchased this watch.

Get some food instead Outstanding watch on paper. Beautiful intro and colorful image's. After reading the reviews I spent the money for the watch for a couple of big cheese burgers and fries with a chocolate shake with whipped cream. I was completely satisfied with the results. I placed my order a month ago I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

AVOID AVOID - This watch appears to be nothing but a rebranded smart watch using extremely poor wearhealth app and charging about 5 times the legitimate price. Also appears to having phishing software attached. Business registered in USA as US Military hardware but software owned by he ming China. My advice is find a better alternative. Appears to be a scam to sell at a much higher price.
