GBYou Don't Always Get What You Pay For Enjoy the helmet's light weight and ratchet chin strap, but that's where the satisfaction ends. For the price, the quality of the helmet overall is lacking (former Shoei owner). The ventilation is poor and the vents themselves appear to be made of cheap plastic. The technology is a nice idea, but it is not Siri compatible which reduces ease of use. And although I do not own one, I'm told the Apple Watch has the ability to detect a hard fall and send emergency alerts and location coordinates, so there's that. Lastly, the sound quality of the helmet's speakers is incredibly poor. (All treble, no mids or lows). I listened to a friend's Sena system after the fact, and Quin has nothing on it. Bottom line is, this helmet is gathering dust on my shelf, and it's not for the lack of riding.

GBGhost helmet Ordered a Ghost helmet, looked cool online. Did not fit properly too small wasnt an intermediate oval as advertised. Quality not as expected. Cost me over 50 dollars in shopping cost just to find that out.. Returned the the helmet and bought a 6D much better quality.

GBQuinn Spitfire Got the Quinn spitfire model as a nice little treat for myself. It seemed a good helmet at a fair price with the right amount of tech inside. So now after using it for a while. I can now give a review of my personal experience. Design is neat and modern, and the helmet fits me snug and comfortable. The fact that the helmet has build in sunglass visor is a neat little plus. The helmets Bluetooth is easy and quick to connect. And from here it’s all down hill I’m afraid. The system is not compatible with other Bluetooth devices. The audio function for listening to music, making phone calls or using voice navigation is absolutely some of the worst I’ve ever tried. As soon as you go more than 40 Mph, the wind noise in the helmet is so loud that it makes the Bluetooth tech totally obsolete. You can’t hear anything at all. I tried contacting quinn support for advice. And got told to buy an thicker set of cheek pads (£30) to make the fit more tight. Didn’t work tho. Problem persists and there’s no solution to fix it. The rubber buttons on the side to adjust volume, skip tracks and making phone calls is almost impossible to operate even with the thinnest pair of gloves. Based on this I would not recommend this helmet to anyone. From Quinn there’s no help to get. No offer of refund although the product didn’t deliver as promised. This will definitely not be a company where I will be spending my money again Design and fit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Build in tech⭐️ Quinn support and customer service ⭐️

GBHelmet design is respectable Helmet design is respectable, Bluetooth is the worst I've had yet. Got a better sound quality from a set bought on Amazon. The wind noise in the helmet makes it impossible to hear anything so listening to GPS directions don't work. Overall, this helmet is not worth the money spent. Won't buy again from here.

GBNot fault of customer service rep Not fault of customer service rep. Poor exchange policy for e-commerce. Quin has no brick and mortar overhead so there is no excuse good enough.
