This store (RvDepot) kept coming up on Google so we started looking. Found multiple options that would work and found the perfect one for our needs. Long getaways with two kids during the summer. They have been super helpful and we look forward to a fun adventure this summer.

Predatory and fraudulent business practices Do not purchase here. They’re dishonest and will not stand behind anything they sell. The 6 month warranty they claim to give you is fraud. On day one of owning this RV, we discovered the AC leaking into to the RV and found water damage in the roof. We picked our RV up on a Saturday and they were pushing us out the door at 5:00. I called and reported the roof at open of business on Monday. They said bring it in and we will take care of it. Three weeks later, I received a call from Kevin the service manager, saying that I needed to pay a $1,000 to replace the roof, or pay $100 for them to reseal it; but I’d still have wood rot. This place is predatory and fraudulent. Do not do business with this company. They pressure you for a good review as soon as the paperwork is signed. The salesperson said that this is how the get paid. It’s all fake. I’ve already contacted my attorney.

RV price was $27,795 when I got it on… RV price was $27,795 when I got it on March 4th, 2023. Paid $4000 down, and paying $568 a month, for 14 months and they say pay off is $23,995. They will rip you off, lie to your face. And lie and lie and lie.

My experience was the worst from start… My experience was the worst from start to finish. They mark up prices and stipulations on each person based on their gut feelings. Justin is not who you think he is beware just another fake smile and an evil bye after you purchase. They will not honor their words based on their current customer relationship reviews. The owner only responds to keep their image looking good for the online presence. Scammers!! Do not trust these guys. Although my experience was horrible from reps telling me 13 different down payments and terms to them telling my Caucasian wife a totally different thing then myself I am truly happy to just spending the cash upfront and dodging the headache for a camper just as good as their financed ones. I make pretty good money so the money has just about circle back into my account as we speak. God is the greatest and he constantly keep these heathens out of my life on a daily basis even if I don’t see it at first. People beware definitely blacks not many are approved there or liked and they will change their qualifications to make you pay way more then your counterparts. The owner will respond with some standard bs but trust me you will be paying way more in the end god bless all and mercy on their souls.

Our salesperson Our salesperson, Deborah was awesome! She explained how the process work with buying the RV. So when it came to being transferred to the finance department nothing changed with the amounts owed. I appreciate that. No surprises. Upon picking the RV we met Sheila, very nice lady. If you are thinking about buying an RV. COME TO RV DEPOT. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Deb. Blessings...
