GBI purchased an RV from RV Depot (Tampa… I purchased an RV from RV Depot (Tampa Location) last month. I was very impressed with their service and courtesy. The salesperson, Valon made my RV buying experience very easy. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and gave me lots of useful tips. This dealership also fixed some issues with the RV and were very responsive even after I got the RV. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a reliable RV at a good price.

GBOur salesperson Our salesperson, Deborah was awesome! She explained how the process work with buying the RV. So when it came to being transferred to the finance department nothing changed with the amounts owed. I appreciate that. No surprises. Upon picking the RV we met Sheila, very nice lady. If you are thinking about buying an RV. COME TO RV DEPOT. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Deb. Blessings...

GBDON’T TRUST RVDEPOT After agreeing to the terms of the deal and signing the contract I thought I would be ready to leave but the sales manager came out and said they wanted to change the terms (higher payment) so after haggling again we agreed, tore up the contract and signed a new one. The sales manager then said he wants to go up on the payment again and redo the contract again. I said that’s it I’m leaving. He of course didn’t want that so the second deal remained in place. Past that embarrassment of a finance operation I made the 7 hour drive home with the camper. I was promised it was put through a safety inspection for propane leaks, water leaks, and electrical issues. As soon as I plugged it in at my house the pedestal breaker tripped. I immediately checked the power supply cord where it’s hardwired into the camper. I wish I could post pictures of what I found because it’s absolutely ridiculous. It literally looks like it was wired by a small child. The connections are burnt and do not even have connectors just electrical tape. The tape isn’t even covering the entire connection. The hot wires are touching the metal junction box so there’s your safety inspection. I haven’t gone through the plumbing and propane systems yet but will after electrical. This is day Three of owning this camper and day one of it being hooked up. Needless to say I will never deal with rvdepot again and I highly encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
