GBRV depot and colt salesman I bought a toy hauler with the salesman name is colt he took very excellent care of us winning going out of his way to help seal the deal. They as RV depot went over everything in the trailer with us and made sure everything worked and made sure everything was filled and ready to go work roadworthy when we arrive to pick up our trailer. It was very easy processI. I would recommend RV depot and colt as a sales person to anyone out there looking to purchase an RV

GBWe were searching for a used travel… We were searching for a used travel trailer near our home. Everyone had delaminated trash dumps. This store (RvDepot) kept coming up on Google so we started looking. Found multiple options that would work and found the perfect one for our needs. Long getaways with two kids during the summer. They have been super helpful and we look forward to a fun adventure this summer.

GBGreat buying experience! Great experience from the time we walked through the door until we pulled out of the drive way! Looking forward to many memories with our family to last a lifetime! Our Salesman Josh was honest and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and nothing less! Shelia makes signing your life away feel like you won the lottery, ha, ha. Very smooth process with very detailed information and ability to answer any questions we had. We will be back for sure!

GBRV Depot was a breath of fresh air! Deb's assistance at RV Depot was a breath of fresh air amidst my frustrating search for an RV. Despite my less-than-stellar credit, she guided me through the process with patience and understanding. What stood out to me was her honesty; she didn't sugarcoat things, yet she explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding the right RV for me and my needs. Once we found the perfect RV, the rest of the RV Depot team was equally helpful. From the financing department to the service technicians, everyone was professional and attentive. They made sure that the RV was in top condition before I drove off the lot, giving me peace of mind for my upcoming adventures.

GBDON’T TRUST RVDEPOT After agreeing to the terms of the deal and signing the contract I thought I would be ready to leave but the sales manager came out and said they wanted to change the terms (higher payment) so after haggling again we agreed, tore up the contract and signed a new one. The sales manager then said he wants to go up on the payment again and redo the contract again. I said that’s it I’m leaving. He of course didn’t want that so the second deal remained in place. Past that embarrassment of a finance operation I made the 7 hour drive home with the camper. I was promised it was put through a safety inspection for propane leaks, water leaks, and electrical issues. As soon as I plugged it in at my house the pedestal breaker tripped. I immediately checked the power supply cord where it’s hardwired into the camper. I wish I could post pictures of what I found because it’s absolutely ridiculous. It literally looks like it was wired by a small child. The connections are burnt and do not even have connectors just electrical tape. The tape isn’t even covering the entire connection. The hot wires are touching the metal junction box so there’s your safety inspection. I haven’t gone through the plumbing and propane systems yet but will after electrical. This is day Three of owning this camper and day one of it being hooked up. Needless to say I will never deal with rvdepot again and I highly encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
