Asler is the best Uber driver I’ve ever… Asler is the best Uber driver I’ve ever had. Absolute geezer great guy fantastic chat and a good driver. Would pick him 10 times out of 10 and couldn’t recommend him more. Deserves a raise. Wonderfully clean car too.

Terrible customer service This is a complaint about customer service not a driver. Joined uber 2 years ago, never used them so deleted the app. Reopened as now wanting to use them, spoke to young girl from Thailand, Philippines ? and explained that I needed to change my address on app. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and kept putting me on hold in the end I hung up, absolute joke as I wanted to use uber in Spain 😡

Used Uber to go to Blackburn from… Used Uber to go to Blackburn from Langho, ended up leaving my car key in the taxi. When I called Uber to ask if they had found my key, they said they had and the Uber driver call Faisal actually delivered the key to me. What a great guy! I know some other taxi firms wouldn’t have even looked for it! Thank you Faisal!

Horrendous company, driver stole food, rang 1 ring on phone and parked half a mile away and apparently uber won't refund because the driver followed policy by contact and waiting. He was clearly just parked up eating my food. I'm disgusted by the poor customer service I will never use uber eats again. Stay away and save your money

We just used Uber during trip to Madrid… We just used Uber during trip to Madrid my partner had surgery and we would travel to Physio therapy daily, the only thing I would mention is if the driver takes the wrong turn and takes longer to get you to your destination make sure Uber does not charge you extra. This happened to us twice in the span of a week. And the only reason we knew was we already knew the route and knew the driver made an error. Take screen shots of you booked trip prior to and as your arrive at your destination.
