Why does Uber sometimes charge extra… Why does Uber sometimes charge extra when it’s not even your fault. If we agree on this amount, it should be the same amount to the end like taxis. The thing is soo annoying and painful. Sometimes the driver takes long or uses the wrong route and I have to pay for it. Sometimes there is traffic and I have to pay for it. I pay extra amount just because there was traffic. Traffic is something we passengers cannot do anything about nor the drivers. So Uber please, if we go with this amount, it should be that. My brother had to pay £40 extra. That’s too much.

Uber (Crewe) Driver Alexandra(Crewe) made sure my order was delivered to the right address after the Uber app on her end was showing my location wrong! Thank you!! Great service!

Booking Needed to go to Gatwick 24/4. Found that app would only allow me to book no earlier than half hour in advance. Luckily we had plenty of time. Previously I could book for pick up in a few minutes. Driver whinging about have to come so far for a pick up. His English was very poor.

Generally good and practical Generally good and practical. One time in Faro i tried 10 min to get a driver, but no one accepted. i changed from the Saver fare to the non-Saver fare and it worked immediately hmm

They OVER Billed me and I CANNOT Contact them to correct it! Rides were fine but I am pissed that you cannot email or speak to customer service. I know that's the idea but when there is a need, UBER needs to step up and fix a problem. They disconnected their only phone line and don't give choices in the app or online to address actual problems. I get it. That's how they save money but I am confused at the billing to my credit card. They added charges that weren't in my original booking. There's no way to contact them with an issue. SUCKS!!
