All in all a much better experience… All in all a much better experience than I was expecting. My rep, David, was very proactive at keeping me informed. I was worried that there would be extra charges, but that didn't happen. The only mishap was that the first carrier couldn't load the car (it was inoperable) since his winch wasn't working. David found a new carrier and the car was moved without a problem on the second try. Fortunately I was in no rush. The price was right (about half what others were quoting) and the service was excellent.

Be prepared to be texted every day as to when to get your car shipped, nobody likes to be reminded to get the car shipped every day!!! Overall it's a good and legit service, will consider using it again.

Scammers from India Scammers from India. They have three names. Falconcarship, Falcon Logistics and TransVista auto transport. They quote the lowest price and ask for $175 deposit upfront with a date your car will be picked up. Won’t ever be picked up but they will ask for more money saying driver is requesting it but they’ll offer another driver for $600 more (again fake) but they wouldn’t be there for another week. If you use a CC, file a fraud complaint with your company and file a report with the Delaware District Attorney’s office at 302-683-8801. I have asked Trustpilot to audit their positive reviews as they are all fake. Waiting for that to happen. And to Paul Jones and Alvin, you will someday have to answer for these scams you have been doing. I do believe in a Heaven and Hell. I expect you know where you guys will be going.

Excellent customer Service Excellent customer Service. Alvin was to the point and he actually understands what a customer needs. I was not ready to go with them before but my son insisted, but it was a great decision. They did it the best way possible for my not running car as well.

Tesla model 3 shipping to Alabama Was going into shipping with a lot of trepidation as I kept hearing horror stories of getting scammed & hiking cost after shipping. This was not the case had my tesla model 3 shipped 500 miles & nothing but wonderful things to say from start to finish. Picked up on time dropped off on time & driver Alex was great.
