IEVIP needs to clarify time the offices close when booking! Easy to book and clear terms and conditions. Extremely inconvenienced, rang by the car suppler to be told they can’t honour my booking through vip as their office closes at 10PM and my flight gets in at 10.30pm.

IEWheels in motion. I rang VIP Cars to see if I could organise insurance on a car booking at the end of August 2024 as I hadn't sufficient credit on my credit card if I wanted to pay the security deposit instead, which was quite high. Gary put my mind at ease straight away by advising me that I could pay insurance at the desk on the day when I was paying the balance of car hire cost. So this allows me to relax and know that all is taken care of as I'm travelling from Ireland then. Gary was so helpful and friendly, it was a real pleasure to deal with him and I would rate this a 5 star experience. Thank you Gary 👍
