I will say it would be helpful to many to know the information needed when looking at renting a car such as ; having to phone a telephone number to the havea shuttle come to the airport to pick you up and that the rental desk is 3 miles away from the airport. It just helps to know these things as some one may not know to ask

VIP needs to clarify time the offices close when booking! Easy to book and clear terms and conditions. Extremely inconvenienced, rang by the car suppler to be told they can’t honour my booking through vip as their office closes at 10PM and my flight gets in at 10.30pm.
