GRI haven’t received the confirmation email by my mistake I had an issue with my reservation, as o have put the wrong email and I haven’t received the confirmation email. Sylvester Woods assisted me via the live chat and he solved it right away

I rang VIP Cars to see if I could organise insurance on a car booking at the end of August 2024 as I hadn't sufficient credit on my credit card if I wanted to pay the security deposit instead, which was quite high. Gary put my mind at ease straight away by advising me that I could pay insurance at the desk on the day when I was paying the balance of car hire cost. So this allows me to relax and know that all is taken care of as I'm travelling from Ireland then. Gary was so helpful and friendly, it was a real pleasure to deal with him and I would rate this a 5 star experience. Thank you Gary 👍

GBI was able to have someone speak via… I was able to have someone speak via the CHAT feature and answered my questions. I will say it would be helpful to many to know the information needed when looking at renting a car such as ; having to phone a telephone number to the havea shuttle come to the airport to pick you up and that the rental desk is 3 miles away from the airport. It just helps to know these things as some one may not know to ask
