GBGood First Experience They were very helpful when I called asking how to implement a warranty claim. The mechanic that did the repair also said they were polite and easy with which to work and they paid their portion of the claim within 24 hours. One final note - the warranty covered 75% of my repair including the $100 deductible which came to almost $1150. Rich

GBHorrible experience The amount of effort my Mechanic has to go thru to get to the right person and get approvals is ridiculous. He was on hold, transfered, hung up on, missed called with new business, then made me a deal to do a 400 repair for 200 to not have to call back. You all owe me a 100 dollars now as my deductible is 100. I want it back. If your not willing to pay for enough staff to field demand then provide a list of covered repairs and don't require a call. If I ever buy another warranty product I'll be making sure it's not from Allstate unless this is made right and I will tell everyone I know.

GBAllstate was great. Watchout for your repair facility! The transaction with Allstate was seemless. No issues. The repair facility handled the claim directly. I did not have to do anything. My only complaint was with the repair facility. It took them a month, from 7/27/23 to 8/25/23 to correctly diagnose and permanently repair the problem. In addition, I strongly believe that the root cause of the problem was not what they originally diagnosed and repaired. Instead, the root cause was what I had initially pointed them to. If diagnosed correctly, the total cost for parts and labor should have been less than $200. Instead this claim came in under $2000. As you can imagine, I'm not confident in the expertise of the repair facility and will be cautious in dealing with them in the future or go elsewhere. As for Allstate, no interaction was needed by me directly with them. The repair facility took care of this claim directly and with no out of pocket expenses. Thanks Allstate Vehicle Protection!

GBCarShop was great CarShop was great. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts. When the parts arrived they set up an appointment to repair the problem. On the final inspection they also heard a noise from one of the pulleys, called me to ask if they could keep the car another day to repair that problem, which I agreed to. They also asked if I wanted for them to replace the belt for no labor charge, just pay for the part, which I thought was fantastic. All in all I was 110% satisfied with the service.
