Cibsumers Beware of unethical practices Beware! Goodhood is not "good". They practice unfair business practices toward their customers. . My first mobile appointment was a no show. The Goodhood employee did not call,text or email that he would not show up within the four hour window. But they charge $76.00 if you,the customer cancel yoyr appointment. Your credit is required up front. A second appointment for the no show was set for 2days later. The mechanic completed the repairs. The next day while driving, the very same symptoms appeared again 100%. A follow up appointment set again, 2 days later. After a 3 hour inspection, I was told engine light now off and vehicle no longer running sluggish. That's weird since per mechanic said he did not do anything....But I was charged another $90 inspection & diagnostic fee. I did not ask for the diagnostic since he just did one last week. It is apparent the mechanic tweaked or adjusted something...But apparently must charge fee for coming to inspect his work? Not good. I was hoping to use in future...It is No for me.

He did a thorough diagnosis on my car and had the immediate problem fixed in less than 45 minutes. I give both Teresa and Phillip 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for beyond EXCELLENT service. Hands down loved our experience with Fix my Car. Fix my car is wonderful and super convenient, I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone. The no stress factor of having the mechanic come to us was fantastic. Our alternator went out on one of our vans and we needed some other basic maintenance things taken care of as well. Our technician was Douglas he was on time very friendly and quick. He made the repair and performed all the maintenance needs for both our vehicles in a timely manner. He made a few recommendations to us but was in no way pushy about getting extra things. I will definitely appreciate that. I will be very happily making use of your company again in the future. Great experience with Edgardo replacing the starter My starter died and FixMyCar had availability the next day which was perfect. Edgardo was my mechanic and he was awesome. Start to finish, he replaced the starter in 1.5 hours. The price was very fair and the at-home repair was super convenient and saved me the trouble of getting it towed. The mechanic was professional, courteous, and willing to answer any questions I had. My experience was 5/5 and I would use FixMyCar again.

This was my first time using Fixmycar This was my first time using Fixmycar. My Jeep Patriot had issues with the shifter getting stuck on park. I had a previous mechanic from another company tell me the wrong parts to get but fortunately Ralph was able to come diagnose the real issue and fix it the next day. He was able to fix my car in no time and now it’s running great! Will definitely use Fixmycar again in the future.
