Chevy Cruze Catalytic converter Called them to see if they do Catalytic converter for a Chevy Cruze front and they said yes and gave me a price quote. So I booked appointment with them and about an hour later the mechanic texted me stating if theirs rust on the bolts I would need to take it to a shop to get it done. On the Cruze the Catalytic Converter is in the same spot and rust will be their do to where the bolts are located they shouldn’t offer the service if they can’t do the job and want to charge to tell you they can’t do the job.

No one showed up or called me… No one showed up or called me for my scheduled appointment. I’ve been getting several maintenance services done by one mechanic and each time something else is wrong with the car. It’s an older car so I understand maintenance is needed but the companies communication is awful. Constantly told someone would call me back and no one does. Everyone acts aloof. Mechanic has cancelled or no showed 3 times. I’m not happy at all. Just want to finish the service I’m paying for and be done. Heather has tried to rectify things on her end but it seems to always fall flat because no one within the company communicates to each other.

Philip is a rare technician to find Philip is a rare technician to find. He is honest, professional and skilful. He just observed the car for a few minutes and said “ the battery is the problem; change the battery and the speed sensor issue will correct” I changed the battery and all the dashboard error lights turned off and speed sensor started working again. Other technicians would sought for ways to extort money from clients, but he didn’t. Thank you Philip.
