They helped me send a package delivered… They helped me send a package delivered in Switzerland and forward it to my country. They sent me pictures of the package and handled all the forwarding mail process. Once they got the package around July 12, they sent to me and it arrived in my country July 18. After customs clearance, it arrived in my home in July 27. It is an expensive service they fulfilled my need (19 swiss francs for shipment fee + 3 swiss francs for customs declaration) .

Customer service could communicate more professionally Fast service and easy to navigate tool. Processing of items is however expensive and the team has a confrontational tone towards customers.
