It's understandable since I confirmed that's what PayPal charges but I wish it wasn't like that. Amazon purchases were however okay since they seem to accept Kenyan credit cards

They do provide a dangerous goods… They do provide a dangerous goods certificate when you're shipping chemicals and that makes it easier to clear goods on your own. The paperwork was done very well and our agent did not have a hard time clearing our chemical shipment

Paybill completely didn't work. DTB worked only to be informed that at the present one is supposed to buy on his own and send the item to your shipping agents in US. I was eventually supported to make purchase by one of your staff from the US end.
