Curtis Curtis, the representative for GoDaddy website technical support; was effective, informed, and courteous. He laid all my concerns in regards to the purpose for why I contacted GoDaddy technical support in the first place. He also informed me of a way that I can myself avoid the same situation in the future. His professional and informed answers left me confident with all of his resolutions to my present problems.

Crooks - cancelled my Domain Protection without notice .......... You must be joking, 4.7 out of 5.0 !! I just turned off auto renewal for some of my domains, which even then wouldn't expire for over a year, and GoDaddy cancelled my Domain Protection immediately on all those domains. No notice this would happen. I had only turned off the auto renewal as I was intending to buy new domains and migrate my site to these - after what they've done I bought the new ones (actually more than i cancelled the auto renewal for) through SquareSpace and it was a breath of fresh air, just a much easier experience and 'cleaner' interface etc. I can't describe GoDaddy as anything other than crooks, I had put up with their Webbuilder product being the least functional and most complicated on the market, and their almost incomprehensible account structure that seems like it was set up 20 years ago by a child, but this is just dodgy. Why anyone would trust GoDaddy I have no idea.

Perfect Hosting Company! Hello, I went to GoDaddy today because I was not receiving my Office 365 emails, and the sweetest agent took great care of my issue. She was kind, very patient, and very knowledgeable about her job. She gave me outstanding customer service, She went above and beyond to see that all my needs were met, I highly recommend GoDaddy for all your hosting needs!
