Totally worth the price, can't live in modern world without a password manager This has transformed my life, much more secure than creating your own passwords and so easy to share your passwords within the family (those that you want to share). My only gripe is that there are so many features and things that even after using it for a couple of years, I still am puzzled sometimes as to what different things do in there. Wish there was an option to have some tips for easier use.

The support convinced me! I watched a lot of tests and YouTube videos and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and, last but not least, the great support. When I registered for the free 14-day trial period, I made a mistake and used the wrong link, which meant that the previously displayed discount was not deducted. It was not possible to change this afterwards, as the e-mail address and account had already been created. I then contacted the support team, who were able to help me very quickly and easily. The response time of the support team is exemplary.

Excellent service! It's not easy to get started with 1password, and I've encountered two glitches. I contacted customer support twice, and the very next day I had an answer with instructions on how to find my way around. Excellent customer service from 1password.

Amazing Customer Service I've been a happy individual user of 1Password for the last 4 years (I LOVE only having to remember one password!) - but I'm especially impressed with the customer service when I wanted to upgrade to a Family plan. Within minutes of submitting the online form, I was connected with Melanie via email, who walked me through what I needed to do to upgrade, as I was originally subscribed through the Apple app store. Once I did my part, again within minutes everything was taken care of on the 1Password side, and I even got an account credit for the small remainder of my app store purchase. Amazing! Great product. Great security. Amazing customer support through email. I've never had an email customer support ticket that didn't take over a week to complete. 1Password replied to my emails so quick, it felt like I was talking to them through a chat app. This is how customer service is done.
