I had issues with another Password… I had issues with another Password Manager and decided to investigate 1Password. They offered an opportunity to trial their PW manager system without cost. I downloaded and surprised to find that I could migrate all my passwords created over the past 10+ years into 1PW management software. Amazing and it showed me all the PW and sites that were at risk. Wow, it's taking me time to make the updates, but it well worth the effort. Claud and Alina were very helpful and they provided a gracious discount for using 1PW. I would have paid the full price, but appreciate the saving.

The support convinced me! I watched a lot of tests and YouTube videos and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and, last but not least, the great support. When I registered for the free 14-day trial period, I made a mistake and used the wrong link, which meant that the previously displayed discount was not deducted. It was not possible to change this afterwards, as the e-mail address and account had already been created. I then contacted the support team, who were able to help me very quickly and easily. The response time of the support team is exemplary.

Amazing Customer Service I've been a happy individual user of 1Password for the last 4 years (I LOVE only having to remember one password!) - but I'm especially impressed with the customer service when I wanted to upgrade to a Family plan. Within minutes of submitting the online form, I was connected with Melanie via email, who walked me through what I needed to do to upgrade, as I was originally subscribed through the Apple app store. Once I did my part, again within minutes everything was taken care of on the 1Password side, and I even got an account credit for the small remainder of my app store purchase. Thank you for the wonderful, and speedy, help!

All you gotta do is ask I had reached out to 1Password to see if they'd be willing to match a competitor's discounted rate, and they would/did indeed! There are certainly many competitors out there vying for your patronage whether it be this, smartphones, wireless carriers, restaurants, etc. Many will try their best to keep you happy - all you gotta do is ask! (all they can say is 'no'.) Loyalty is a 2-way street!

Quick & Helpful Response 1Password support has always been helpful and responsive. My question was answered and my problem was solved very quickly. This is just one of the reasons why 1Password is my number one recommended application.
