Lots of people say that the prices are too high, but that premium come with unparalleled customer service, and the service doesn't end after the sale is final. I've said it before and I'll say it again, they will remain the ONLY supplier I will use.

Communication about my purchase was… Communication about my purchase was lower than expected. I have had better than other companies. Delivery took longer than would be appropriate —people who had ordered from others who had ordered from other suppliers. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to contact my payer to intervene. The product is delivered in safe packaging. The equipment worked well. The item was just as described. If the company improved customer service, I would purchase from it again.
