From my experience, I have seen other Suppliers (and Individuals) give customers the "run-around", adding BS fillers when inquiring about their order(s). You will not get that at CCWorks. They only give you updates as they receive them, and no BS. Got my miner in the time frame that was posted on the site. Even though there was a logistical nightmare over seas (from the Manufacturer), ordering from Coastal assured that we had miners allocated for us. Hey, Thank you guys again at Coastal. Mi Amigos! They’re LEGIT! Exceptional Service! Second time I purchase from Coastal - they’ve been phenomenal through the entire process. Always stepping in to make sure I have the latest update. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that tariffs were covered and that I was pleased with my miners.

Great customer service. 4 stars for the guys at Coastal, -1 star for Iceriver quality. The PSU fried shortly after setup, Mark responded immediately on Discord to help troubleshoot. After shipping it back, the machine was repaired and hosted in a reasonable time.

I wish my orders were in my account… I wish my orders were in my account listing so I could follow them more easily. I did get a conformation when it shipped but if it was easy to find i would give me the piece of mind that my order had been received and that it was in processing.

Lots of people say that the prices are too high, but that premium come with unparalleled customer service, and the service doesn't end after the sale is final.
