Good, But Not Great This Time Slightly disappointed in this transcription. Previous transcriptions had been unbelievably precise, far surpassing what I'd received from Rev.com. The audio file I uploaded was difficult to hear in spots, and I understand the degree of difficulty. It also was a long audio file (50 minutes). However, to wait more than 24 hours, and to still need to re-listen to the audio to clean up what was listed as "inaudible" cost me valuable time. Normally I would give this transcription 3 stars. However, because the uploaded audio was less than crystal clear, I added a star to make it 4 stars.

First Time the Charm The transcription itself was pretty good; I had to go back and correct a handful of words, but it was quite easy to do. The customer service person with whom I spoke about how to upload my transcription to a YouTube video was able to point me in the right direction. It was a good value and a speedy turnaround for the price.
