Great experience with the product as well as the company So far things are great. Received the tracker within days. Set up was easy, as the directions and book included explained it all. I had some questions and called for assistance. I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional help I received. Excellent Customer Service I purchased the IronClad Pet Trackers for my dogs after trying out several other competitors that just did not work for us and returned them. The IronClad ones do the tracking they are supposed to (GPS) and their customer service is excellent. Their support team helped me with several questions (before and after the purchase) and even quickly incorporated feedback that I provided to improve their software. They were responsive in their emails and even called me to give me an update for an issue. The overall service seems very reliable and the cost is very good - much better than many of their competitors.
