Great product you will not be sorry. Great product, just enough room for all my important documents it’s not to heavy either like the metal one I have been using. Would highly recommend this product. Was a good price also, have seen same products for more money.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. Excellent Customer Service I purchased the IronClad Pet Trackers for my dogs after trying out several other competitors that just did not work for us and returned them. The IronClad ones do the tracking they are supposed to (GPS) and their customer service is excellent. Their support team helped me with several questions (before and after the purchase) and even quickly incorporated feedback that I provided to improve their software. They were responsive in their emails and even called me to give me an update for an issue. The overall service seems very reliable and the cost is very good - much better than many of their competitors.

I submitted a ticket and haven’t heard… I submitted a ticket and haven’t heard back. The watch is not operating as expected. I would prefer to have support in getting it working properly as opposed to returning it. I need someone from support to contact me.
