great service the customer service from thos company is exceptional. Sarah talked me thru the set up and continued to correspond with any questions i had along the way. my first watch had a malfunction with the heart rate feature and the exchang of product was quick and easy. my new watch is working fine and easy to use which is important since it will be for my 88 year old mother.
