GBCaring and great customer service I actually ended up needing to return the product as I was told by Verizon that it would not be compatible. I appreciated the focus that I felt from the initial purchase through the return process. I felt like I could reach out to the company and they would help me which they did. They offered to try and help problem solve the issues and I feel like they are invested in their mission of helping to keep families safe.

GBEXCELLENT Customer Service I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. GBJC tracker It has been pretty good overall. However I did get a text at midnight the other night that my dog was out of the fence area and he was right next to me in bed.
