Ucraft is Affordable, Responsive, and Adaptable Ucraft has been so affordable, easy to use, and accessible. The site reminds me of some of the first and most helpful website building companies from the early 2000's. While the technology seems like it is not completely fleshed out, and some rare glitches occur from time to time, the customer response and customer service team is swift to reply and help out with anything. The company also has a very complete self-service center that allows you to see if you can fix or change things the way you want them all yourself. Excellent job, ucraft. I hope to be a long-time customer.

It's the ease of navigation, simplicity, and Now, in 2021, I am operating the website myself, generating revenue (happy to say), selling at an online marketplace in Malaysia such as Shopee. Not only did Bedros literally walk me through my technical challenges with my site as if handling a child just learning to use a computer, but he also ensured to follow up the following day to verify that the problems I was having were fully resolved. Great customer support, still difficult to use. I have been using adobe's macromedia for many years to develop websites so I thought I would try UCraft for a change. They do have very nice templates, but I had great difficulty with certain aspects of the program. The good news is customer support is very good and quite responsive, the bad news is I had many many questions. After 5 days I still do not have the website that I want, but it is acceptably close. It's not sophisticated, in terms of modern websites, and the mobile representation of the site is not acceptable.

Very very very glitchy Very very very glitchy. I had a paid ecommerce store there for over a year, but the constant hang up include a permanent feedback tab placed along the scroll bar and their chat box expands with no means to retract it so you cannot access your site. They could not fix the problem on their end which made the service inaccessible and useless. If they care to fix issues like these, I would consider going back.
