Hands down best template site !!! Being a freelance artist I've used a number of different websites with nice templates BUT none of them compare to the customer service like Ucraft. I've gotten so much help and with all the custom options you have at your fingertips makes you feel like pro web developer. Their simple integrated design to build almost everything and to be able to put in your own HTML codes really has endless options. Don't sleep on it .. check Ucraft.com out.

Thank you, UCRAFT! I have to say, when I started my journey in 2017 with UCRAFT, I was very much sure this is going to work since had tried few more website builders previously. It's the ease of navigation, simplicity, and Now, in 2021, I am operating the website myself, generating revenue (happy to say), selling at an online marketplace in Malaysia such as Shopee. Very very very glitchy Very very very glitchy. I had a paid ecommerce store there for over a year, but the constant hang up include a permanent feedback tab placed along the scroll bar and their chat box expands with no means to retract it so you cannot access your site. They could not fix the problem on their end which made the service inaccessible and useless. If they care to fix issues like these, I would consider going back.

UCraft held my hand. Not only did Bedros literally walk me through my technical challenges with my site as if handling a child just learning to use a computer, but he also ensured to follow up the following day to verify that the problems I was having were fully resolved. Simple, easy and thorough. Great, great service.
