I loved the fax that I could do as… I loved the fax that I could do as little as a weekly subscription because it was for personal use and not business. Also the faxes came on time. Very convenient. Didn't need to download any app or visit UPS to send or receive a fax. The experience was good.

Great faxing experience It was super easy and really quick sending a fax. All done in a minute or so. Fax also successfully delivered, checked. I don't fax often, so this pay as you go service is just right for me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If there was zero stars, I would give it to this company. Unable to send faxes to 3 different numbers and when I try getting through to customer service there automated system replies back and has blocked me from using my credited 20 tokens.

It wasn't super clear how to send faxes… It wasn't super clear how to send faxes from my email and there were no clear links on the website/ further instruction. It could have been much more user friendly.
