HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If there was zero stars, I would give it to this company. Unable to send faxes to 3 different numbers and when I try getting through to customer service there automated system replies back and has blocked me from using my credited 20 tokens.

Sending faxes is a rarity these days Sending faxes is a rarity these days. But yesterday it turns out that I just have to send a fax. And WiseFax saved my day. I sent the fax quickly, without any problems, and with no need to make a monthly subscription - just payed for that single fax. That was just great for my needs.

I loved the fax that I could do as… I loved the fax that I could do as little as a weekly subscription because it was for personal use and not business. Also the faxes came on time. Very convenient. Didn't need to download any app or visit UPS to send or receive a fax. The experience was good.
