Good but... I've been using Sendwol for a week and everything works perfectly. It's just what I was looking for, some simple platform to sell my courses online. But the support is pretty bad. I've been emailing Paul for three days on a major VAT issue and all he does is answer my questions with totally generic answers. I have to insist and insist to get nowhere... When a platform is technically good, but the support isn't, it's a shame, because it could be perfect, but it's not. (I edit this review and increase the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Support has improved. I am satisfied with the platform)

SendOwl is simple and effective SendOwl is a cost-effective, simple payment platform that works reliably. It’s been a pleasure to work with their support team. They’ve always been quick to respond when help was needed, although there have only been a couple of times I needed help, as the platform is very easy to use. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice app but billing issue (beware merchants) It’s a nice app. Customizable and seems to function well. However, I did not appreciate being charged after uninstalling the app from my Shopify account. If it’s uninstalled, it’s no longer being used so any subsequent charges should cease by default. I ended up having to log in to SendOwl and cancel a second time (common courtesy should be to stop charging once you receive the deletion notice from Shopify). Other apps stop charging upon deletion, but SendOwl kept charging.

Stagnant product for last 6 years Stagnant product for last 6 years. No innovations, no improvements. Bugs and issues reported years ago haven't been addressed. The good part is that since they have stopped making changes, it has not given any surprises in terms of new bugs.

Sendowl is SO easy to use and the price… Sendowl is SO easy to use and the price is excellent. The one major draw back that I cant overcome is when people who have purchased my subscription product cancel their paid subscription, it unsubscribes them from my mailing list. Other than that, I love sendowl!
