Reliable for years, since day one, excellent support I have been using SendOwl for aroung 5 years now and they have never let me down. It is a super simple solution for people selling digital goods. For me it works seemless and whenever I reach out for support, I receive quite fast and helpful answers. I don´t know what to ask more for. Also read the negative reviews here.... it is quite obvious that most of them have nothing to do with SendOwl per se.

Good but... I've been using Sendwol for a week and everything works perfectly. It's just what I was looking for, some simple platform to sell my courses online. But the support is pretty bad. I've been emailing Paul for three days on a major VAT issue and all he does is answer my questions with totally generic answers. I have to insist and insist to get nowhere... When a platform is technically good, but the support isn't, it's a shame, because it could be perfect, but it's not. (I edit this review and increase the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Support has improved. I am satisfied with the platform)

Best Buy-Button solution I started researching several years for a nice and easy version to sell online without the hassle. Sendowl is perfect for the european market. GDPR compliant and easy to use for physical goods and downloads. If you combine it with membership platforms like membermouse, you can! Support is quick and friendly. :) Can‘t understand the other reviews. Maybe used not correctly. I can only give 5 stars so far.

Zero support I'm giving this a one-star rating because it feels like I've had virtually no experience with their support. I registered for their platform a week ago and opted for the paid plan. I've sent over 4 emails seeking support, but have yet to receive a response. Instead, I continually receive their automated newsletters. My concern is the time I'm investing in creating lists and uploading products. Even their test mode doesn't seem to function, making me feel as though I'm adding products that only I can view. Their lack of responsiveness has been an issue from day one. Moreover, they advertise a free 14-day trial before your card is charged, but with this level of service, I'm hesitant to invest any more of my time
