Good but... I've been using Sendwol for a week and everything works perfectly. It's just what I was looking for, some simple platform to sell my courses online. But the support is pretty bad. I've been emailing Paul for three days on a major VAT issue and all he does is answer my questions with totally generic answers. I have to insist and insist to get nowhere... When a platform is technically good, but the support isn't, it's a shame, because it could be perfect, but it's not. (I edit this review and increase the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Support has improved. I am satisfied with the platform)

Simply brilliant Simply brilliant. Easy to use and a great way to deliver digital products to customers. Very professional looking delivery. Great support if you have questions. Even a free plan to help get you started. I love you get the same email your customers recieve so that you can see their experience too.

Stagnant product for last 6 years Stagnant product for last 6 years. No innovations, no improvements. Bugs and issues reported years ago haven't been addressed. The good part is that since they have stopped making changes, it has not given any surprises in terms of new bugs.

SendOwl is fabulous! SendOwl is effective, easy, and cost effective! I had been using a very expensive shopping cart, and began searching for an alternative. When I discovered SendOwl, I could not believe how easy it was to learn to use. It offers all the things I need: digital and physical goods; membership options; coupons; ease! I have been using it for a couple of years now, and can't be happier. I highly recommend it!

Reliable for years, since day one, excellent support I have been using SendOwl for aroung 5 years now and they have never let me down. It is a super simple solution for people selling digital goods. For me it works seemless and whenever I reach out for support, I receive quite fast and helpful answers. I don´t know what to ask more for. Also read the negative reviews here.... it is quite obvious that most of them have nothing to do with SendOwl per se.
