2am Christmas Night Support 2am on Christmas Night (technically Boxing Day Morning), Amsterdam 1.0 goes offline - I'm half asleep, so our bot calls me to notify me of the downtime. Within 60 seconds of asking if anyone was free - we had a Senior Systems Engineer (Peter) on the case fixing the issue. Within 10 minutes, he'd identified the issue, and within 30, it was fixed. Excellent turnaround.

Best hosting company. By far the best hosting company i have used. Our population because of their anycast solution has increased by allot on our game servers. The Tempest support team also has very fast response times. Our servers were getting attacked allot by ddos attacks on our old host. Since we moved to Tempest we feel nothing from those attacks anymore cause of their superior ddos protection!

Great Experience Fast setup times, we have had zero problems with the box which has run perfectly since it was setup. The custom overclocks and cooling works wonders and we see vastly reduced resource load that servers running on the same hardware with other providers. Can't recommend Tempest enough

One of the best quick hosting services… One of the best quick hosting services I have used. Server hardware is very good for the price, and setup was very fast upon payment. Any questions I had through support were replied to on Live Chat by Noah literally within minutes. Connection to host is always extremely fast and reliable. This is definitely a bigger scale provider with their own network, they don’t resell garbage protection like Voxility, Psychz or other services, they have over 4tbps of capacity, the value for the servers given is very good and I have been very happy and I’ll continue to renew every month

Slow start but now running on all cylinders We have been using Tempest lately for our small server and since we made the switch we have not had any downtime. Our ping times are extraordinary for our players. We have actually seen an explosion in growth since the switch. There was some trouble getting our hands on a server which I am told is improving since the Covid/Crypto shortages. I ended up canceling my other host and don't have any plans to use anyone but Tempest moving forward. I have had servers with OVH, GSK, NFO, etc. So far Tempest's DDoS protection and network far exceed what those other companies currently offer.
