Five Stars I have been running Rust game servers for several years. I have been with many different hosts. I moved community to Tempest about 4 months ago. Support has been very responsive and helpful. The network is powerful with minimal network issues as seen with many of the other hosts. I am very happy and my players are happy! Delivery times for custom machines are long, So are everyone elses.

The customer support person seemed more argumentative of the situation then trying to understand and assist is navigating the issue with me. Telling me to feel free to check the logs. The goal here was to help me resolve the issue understanding that i am not an IT subject matter expert. Conversation felt demeaning and will lead to me canceling service soon. Legitimately the best hosting you can… Legitimately the best hosting you can get. Their DDoS protection, support and services are absolutely the next level and only help elevate your business to it. Pricing is UNREAL compared to any other hosting companies. We have gone through 4 other hosts and they all had FAR less for way more. Great staff and network Great staff, support, and service. Tickets are responded quickly to answer any questions almost instantly and any problems get fixed in no time. By far the best host I have used in terms of network and support. They also have a great and active community that I always have a great time talking to. Worst Company i ever cooperate. Worst Company i ever cooperate. They do advertise servers with 10G connection after i purchase server wont reach 160mbit and falling!!!! Something else server is behind firewall. 1st time i saw this
