NOT legit The software & key code I purchased never worked. Key code was invalid. I worked with Intuit for hours to learn that. I reached out to Big Home Tax many times & could never get anyone - no answer to calls, no way to leave a voice message, no response via text or email, no response to inquiries made through their webform. When I got help from my credit card company BHT fought back, hard. They are NOT legit. Just a TOTAL SCAM! Do NOT trust them.

Bought from them for the 1st time Bought from them for the 1st time. It was TurboTax. Got the download instructions and everything worked fine. Software worked fine. The best price I could find. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t efile and no customer support or response to issue with product license Couldn’t efile. After lengthy call with TT, found out this key had previously been used. Of course, no customer service, so cancelled via credit card and purchased again thru Amazon (albeit at a higher price) and no problems. I also would add that I reached out to bighome tax on feb 21 requesting/demanding a refund and no response or follow up occurred (it is now April 10th). Interesting that after I posted this review, within 24 hours, they wanted trust pilot to get further information from me like an order number. If only they had been that responsive to my follow up, perhaps this review would not be 1 star.

Was nervous buying from BHT but was… Was nervous buying from BHT but was rewarded with an excellent experience. But was only good for 2 free federal efiles. Mine which was the 3rd was rejected. So not so excellent after all.

The license code initially provided did… The license code initially provided did not work. They were able to provide a new one within a few hours which got me back to doing my taxes :-)
