Excellent service and great platform We have been using Kamatera as a platform to host our Virtual Windows Desktops. We struggled to find a service that could accommodate a small business like ours, who don't need many servers, and a billing solution that works for this. Kamatera meets all our needs and is a truely great service. Can't recommend highly enough.

It’s cheap and it somewhat works It’s cheap and it somewhat works, but for months I was unable to log in to their cloud platform because ‘my IP address has changed’. Their “solution” was that I had to reset my password each time I log in and that I can only log in from one IP address (which also didn’t work unless I tried it 10 times). What a ridiculous requirement.

Kamatera: Excellent Service and Support Kamatera was my fourth attempt attempt at a cloud solution. No other company waa able to make it work for me. Oren, my account executive and the team at technical support stuck with me until we got it working smoothly. I am not computer savvy, and could not have done it without them.

Quality and Speed... When Siteground stopped supporting Magento 2 I decided to look for an alternative that would give me full control. I have to say I am very impressed with Kamatera, the VM is very fast (UK hosting) and the price is excellent. I have had no problems and the few times I have contacted support the reply and been quick and helpful.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! I have deployed about 10 VPS and loaded my card info etc on their website. after about 2 weeks they SUDDENLY stopped all my servers, blocked access to my account and asked me to upload a VIDEO of me holding an ID for "verification purposes". mind you they have just charged my card for services for the upcoming month. I have then asked for a refund for the remaining unconsumed portion of the services BUT they have refused and told that I'm still incurring charges until I upload the video. which I declined to do!
