Kamatera: Excellent Service and Support Kamatera was my fourth attempt attempt at a cloud solution. No other company waa able to make it work for me. Oren, my account executive and the team at technical support stuck with me until we got it working smoothly. I am not computer savvy, and could not have done it without them.

Kamatera VPS - Bouquets and Brickbats Nice experience with them. I use their VPS. small ones but many. Connectivity, uptime, speed etc all is great. Infact, I think compared to others, Kamatera provides more options and has good customer service. One thing that many will agree is, you cant reinstall your VPS. If that feature is also added, then Kamatera will have no competition.

Their “solution” was that I had to reset my password each time I log in and that I can only log in from one IP address (which also didn’t work unless I tried it 10 times). What a ridiculous requirement.

Bait and Switch Tactics: They even tried to pressure me to move my main domain to their infrastructure just to access basic RDNS features. This is unacceptable business practice. For the price I paid, I can now find server providers offering 6 IPs, unlimited bandwidth, and all the features I need, along with professional and responsive support. Don't waste your money and time on KAMATERA. There are far better options available.
