My requests and questions are always fulfilled and answered quickly, even on days that they are busy. Their communication is excellent. If my request cannot be fulfilled immediately, they will let me know as soon as they can and do anything they can to help. Our requests for changes are handled quickly and correctly. They were a big part of our Covid vaccine success. We had to change our plan quickly and helped with suggestions on how to set it up.

Helped us during the Covid-19 pandemic Covid-19 pandemic created two big issues for our pharmacy. Due to our limited space, we could not have many people in the store; and a few our employees could not continue working; therefore, the pharmacy hours had to be reduced. RefillRx Connect was able to help us resolve both of those problems. Patients are able to order their medications at their convenience from their home or smart phone. The staff was amazing at helping us customize our website and are always quick about updating any information. We are very satisfied with their service.
