Excellant Customer Service RefillRx Connect (esp Melissa) has been a true partner to our pharmacy for many years now for our website & mobile app. The customer service is personal, responsive, and understands the needs of pharmacies. I can count on getting help from someone familiar to me....not a random help-desk operator. When COVID hit, I didn't have to figure out what modifications I needed to make to my website - they proactively designed features that pharmacies would need to manage appointments and information. They treat my problems as their own; rather than just kicking the can down the road. Love Them!

RefillRx Connect is great! RefillRx Connect is great! Great customer service with quick replies to requests or questions. My pharmacy website and branded mobile app are hosted through them. Customers may just search for my pharmacy name on Apple App Store or Android Store, and my pharmacy app with my custom logo comes right up.
