Software is quite useful however there are instances where we need help reconciling complex transactions as multi-swaps and bridges. Sara from the team helped me sort out all the questions I had and she literally spent a few hours to ensure all my transactions were reconciled. Will certainly use coin Ledger again. Appreciate the great support from Sara!! Highly recommend this software to every crypto user.

Coin Ledger is at your side when you need them. Coin Ledger helped me to aggregate my tax info from my crypto exchanges I use and upload it to Turbo Tax. There are some exchanges that don't use a format which works with TurboTax. Coin Ledger is the bridge between these entities for tax time. They also allow me to create a PDF of my tax info which I like to keep as a hard copy in my own records. Their communication with me while getting my account set up and importing my tax info was excellent. I particularly appreciated Seraphim's reaching out via email at a point where I got hung up. Excellent following up and customer service. I highly recommend Coin Ledger. I'll be using their service annually. 👍

Crypto Taxes can be a bit stressful especially when all transactions are spread around different exchanges with back-and-forth deposits and withdrawals. Fortunately, most of us are in the same boat, and the great team at CoinLedger got us covered.

Sara Sara, Sara, Sara! What can't I say? She was tremendously helpful, for many many issues and many many days. I tried CoinTracker (CS is not existent, still waiting), Koinly (No support and rejects many transaction downloads). Only thing I hope for in 2024 is to be able to upload PulseChain. I had to do that separately, but Sara helped me every step of the way with everything else, including clearing up all my "Review" items. Give her a raise! She is well deserving and really makes CoinLedger stand out among the other competition.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Ben R has been extremely helpful, and I must say very responsive/timely with assisting me with downloading a couple of issues. The issues we really mine but Ben R took to the time to get me through them, rather than just referring me to the FAQ or Help menu's. The program makes it easy to identify potential issues with no associated cost. This is a welcomed change from the last (ZL) tax software I tried to use.
