Expert guidance with concise answers. The only thing that could be improved on would be support response times. Most waited over 24 hours for replies. Other than that a solid 5 stars!

Hotel Booking Lite I am using Hotel Booking Lite. I have so far done a couple settings. when I click on book button am directed to a selected room that displays the Details, Availability calendar and Reservation Form. when I choose my dates from the form the button that is displayed is check availability when I click the button the page reloads and nothing happens. is it not suppose to take me to a payment page? and so Andre was there to save the day immediately. I never waited for emails or some days. right there via chat problem solved

I'm very happy with the plugin I'm very happy with the plugin, it quickly pays for itself by saving on airbnb or booking commissions. Like any tool, it takes a while to get the hang of it, but everything is well explained on the forum or on YouTube. Minor problems were solved in less than 24 hours, thanks to our highly responsive support team. Thank you Eugene for your responsiveness.

Good support, very bad product The support of Motopress is very helpful and responds pretty fast. That's about the only thing that's worth it with them. They know that the product is bad and that's why there's absolutely no refunds. You can't really do much with the hotel plugin, a simple sql based system works so much better, and the themes are really horrible. Lesson learned. Unless you want to do the most basic stuff and have 0 IT knowledge, I really wouldn't go for it.
